This notice describes how EastPulse Innovations Co. handles personal data when you browse this website or contact us by email. It is written to meet the Seychelles Data Protection Act 2023 and, for visitors and clients in the European Economic Area (EEA), it also describes the rights available under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The site itself is intentionally plain: static pages that describe our services. Reading them requires no account, no form and no cookies.
Who is responsible for your data
EastPulse Innovations Co., with its registered office at 103 Sham Peng Tong Plaza, Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles, is the controller of the personal data covered by this notice. On this website the company appears under its brand name, East Pulse.

What personal data we collect
Browsing this website asks nothing of you: there are no accounts, contact forms, comment boxes or subscriptions, so no personal data is submitted through the site itself.
When you email us, we receive what you choose to send — normally your name, your email address and the substance of your request. Please share only what your request genuinely needs.
Our hosting provider may keep short-lived technical records, such as IP addresses and browser identifiers, to keep the site secure and available. We do not use these records to identify visitors.
Why we use personal data and on what basis
We use correspondence to answer your enquiry, to prepare and carry out the arrangements you request, and to keep proportionate business records.
Where the Seychelles Data Protection Act 2023 or the GDPR applies, we rely on the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, on our legitimate interest in replying to messages and running the company responsibly, and on legal obligations where records must be kept.
Who may receive your data
We do not sell personal data, and we never share it for advertising.
Your details are seen by the East Pulse team members working on your request; by the partners engaged to deliver what you asked for — an air operator, a hotel or a clinic, for example; and by the technology providers that run our email and hosting.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where disclosure is reasonably necessary to establish or defend legal rights or to protect safety and security.
International transfers
A worldwide service means correspondence may be accessed from more than one country. We keep what travels to the minimum the specific arrangement requires.
Where data concerning clients in the EEA is transferred outside the EEA, we look to recognised safeguards — adequacy decisions or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses — as implemented by our providers and partners.
How long we keep data
Correspondence is kept for as long as it takes to respond and to complete the arrangement it concerns, plus a reasonable period for business records, and is then deleted.
Where a continuing client relationship exists, retention follows the terms of that relationship and applicable law rather than this website notice alone.
Your rights
Under the Seychelles Data Protection Act 2023 you may ask what personal data we hold about you, have inaccurate data corrected, and request deletion where there is no overriding reason to keep it.
If you are in the EEA, the GDPR also gives you the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time where processing rests on consent.

How we protect data
Correspondence is accessible only to the people who need it to serve you. We use reputable providers and keep confidentiality practices proportionate to a private-client business.
No online service can promise absolute security, but we choose our tools and partners with the same care we apply to client work.
Cookies and analytics
This website is delivered as static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and embeds no advertising or tracking technology of any kind — which is why you see no cookie banner.
Should that ever change, this notice will be updated first, and any non-essential technology would be introduced only with a proper lawful basis.
